This beautiful Personalised Family Tree Plaque/ Wall Hanging is the perfect addition to your home or as a thoughtful gift. It is cut from 3mm thick MDF and offered as raw MDF, black or white - front side coloured only).
MDF can be raw/unmasked, which gives a more burnt/rustic finish OR masked, which results in minimal burns on the face of the Family Tree Plaque.
We can make this piece with up to 20 names. Contact us to discuss your needs if you would like >20 names.
Please type the names needed into the personalisation text box with a single name per line. Please also add a note re. the family name or wording to be positioned at the base.
Please type names in order of how you would like them placed on the tree. I.e. The first name will be placed in the highest heart, the second name will be the second highest heart… the last name typed will be the lowest heart etc.
We will copy the name exactly as written so please double check spelling and uppercase/lowercase letters.
Being a natural product, wood/mdf expands and shrinks depending on the environment/humidity etc. To keep your Family Tree Plaque looking great, we recommend you hang it using hooks or double sided adhesive picture tape/spots (eg 3M). Tape not provided, Place these in various spots around the plaque to ensure it is held flat against the wall.

These beautiful plaques are designed and laser cut in our NSW Central Coast studio. Laser cutting allows precision cutting. Minor burn marks are part and parcel of production.
If selecting the masked MDF option, we apply protective paper prior to cutting and hand sand our products after cutting to minimize any burn marks. Burn marks on the reverse/back side are unavoidable.
